Outstanding experience at the Leer Shop in Jonesboro, GA. Erin J provided my quote and took my deposit on December 19, 2025 for a tow hitch package installation on my Nissan Titan. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and applied a military discount on top of an already competitive price. The installation was completed on January 2, 2026—earlier availability than expected given the post-Christmas and New Year holiday season—and the work was done flawlessly. My truck was brought in before my appointment time, the technicians were clearly experienced professionals, and the waiting area was comfortable with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The installation met my expectations and was completed quickly. Erin and the team here are truly all-stars and an asset to the company. Top-notch service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location without hesitation.

A couple of months ago I bought a new truck and needed step rails and a hard flip bed cover. After searching online I visited Leer and found them to be competitive with online vendors and the installation cost were quite reasonable. They installed both and I am very pleased with the speed and workmanship. I will use them again and recommend them.

Lee did an excellent job on showing me the different bed covers they offered and helped me choose the best one to fit my needs. The cover was ordered one day and installed the next day. Lee took the time to show me how the new cover worked. I would not buy truck accessories anywhere else.

These folks were great. Arrived for my appointment early, they came out and took it right into the work area immediately. Work was completed 30 minutes sooner than I was told and a quality job. Also, they noticed an issue with my bed cover, took it upon themselves to fix it and didn’t charge for this extra work. Certainly recommend them for any truck upgrades you are considering.

All within an hour I called Tyler and got a great price on a bed cover for my GMC Sierra, dropped it off and had it installed, and he even delivered the truck back to my work for me. I’m not joking, it was that quick. Will definitely use H&H for any of my future truck accessory needs.
